Having trouble purchasing an item at the store? We’re here to help. Call your WIC office or e-mail wic.sunrise@nocoha.org and provide the following information:
- Explain the problem in detail.
- Which store did you shop at, and when?
- E-mail a photo of your receipt if you purchased the item.
- Send a photo of the bar code on the back of the package and a photo of the front of the package.
Having trouble with your eWIC card or need to re-set you PIN? Call the number on the back of your card. Still having problems? Call us at: 970-395-1113. If your eWIC card was lost or stolen, you can stop by the WIC office with a photo ID to get a new card.
